White Truffle Dinner

On Wednesday, November 7th Grapes for Humanity Canada held a White Truffle Dinner at Sopra in Toronto, prepared by Chef Massimo Capra and his team. Each course was served with truffles or infused with them. The room smelled divine. With the fine wine auction we raised close to $60,000. Adrienne Rosen, the head of Access Education Guatemala (and incidentally, the first woman to ride a motorcycle around the world alone), gave a moving address about the need for schools in that country. Proceeds from this dinner will be directed to the building of a secondary school in La Union. Here is the menu.
